Abstract Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines:
Abstracts must align with the conference theme and focus areas, including but not limited to nursing research and innovation in the following sub-themes:
Nursing Research in the Care of Clients Across the Lifespan
Nursing Education
Genomics and Precision Health
Digital health technologies in nursing
Health Equity and Gender Health
Workforce Development in Nursing and Nursing Administration
Implementation Science in Nursing
Entrepreneurship in Nursing
Disaster Management and Public Health Emergencies
Abstracts must be written in English (maximum 500 words, excluding title and keywords) and strictly follow the Abstract Submission Template
The abstract structure must include the following:
Title: Clear, concise, and relevant to the study.
Background: Brief context and purpose of the study.
Methods: Summary of research design, participants, setting, instrumentation and data collection, and data analysis.
Results: Key findings.
Conclusion: Implications for practice, policy, or further research.
Keywords: Include 3–5 keywords.
Specific Categories:
Oral Presentation
Selected abstracts will be allocated a 15-minute presentation slot (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A).
Submitters must prepare PowerPoint slides for the presentation.
Poster Presentation
The size of the poster and the format will be informed after the abstract is accepted.
Include essential elements: title, introduction, methods, results, conclusions, and implications.
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference, with dedicated times for presenter-audience interactions.

Attach a declaration of originality and disclosure of potential conflicts of interest.
Ensure all co-authors have approved the submission.
Evaluation Criteria
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Sub-Committee based on:
Relevance to the conference theme
Scientific and methodological rigor
Innovation and originality
Practical implications
Clarity of writing and adherence to guidelines
Recognition
Certificates of participation will be provided to all presenters.
